Every time we think we remember something, we could also be making changes to that memory &#8211; sometimes we realise sometimes we don&#8217;t,&#8221; Dr Liu explained.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Our memory changes every single time it&#8217;s being 'recorded&#8217;.
